New Horizon’s Leadership Programme (NHLP) is a Baltic Nordic Circus Network project led by Cirkus Syd in a partnership with organisations from 8 Baltic-Nordic and Baltic Sea Region countries. The focus of the programme is to give emerging leaders in the contemporary circus field skills and competencies to grow their leadership capacities.
Together with 14 partners and associate partners in eight countries BNCN gives emerging producers and cultural managers the opportunity to develop as leaders for a more sustainable future of the entire cultural spectrum.
About
New Horizons Leadership Programme

The leaders of tomorrow
We believe that to strengthen the position of culture in society, and of circus specifically, stronger leaders are needed. NHLP helps them grow their skills and competencies to make an impact beyond their organisation and the field itself.
To foster new cross-cultural and cross-regional professional relationships, the NHLP participants are hosted in a leading organisation in another country, where they will work with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and grow their leadership skills.

The NHLP Blogs are reflections written and recorded by the participants. During their stay with the hosting organisations, the NHLP fellows are encouraged to observe, ponder, ask, offer their thoughts, and share them with each other and their peers.
